At Blackgang Chine our animatronic dinosaurs are great fun. However spare parts could take up to six weeks to be delivered and we could not easily change what the dinosaurs did. 

Lucy brought in an amazing team who showed us how to use off the shelf parts and free software. We can now fix things immediately (well most of the time!) and change what the dinosaurs do whenever we want. This has saved us time and reduced our costs. It has also given our technical teams a much greater sense of ownership and therefore much greater job satisfaction- which is important to me. We have the ability to use our own creativity to enhance the Park. Our customers are delighted by the unique experience we offer.”
